This project comprises four trade retail / light industrial tenancies across circa 2,200m2 of high-
quality industrial space. The exterior is finished to a high quality, using patterned and coloured
precast concrete to enhance the façade. C3 was involved in an ECI capacity, assisting the
developer with design and consenting, and ultimately delivering a quality build.
