This project comprises over 12,000m2 of warehouse space along with 3000m2 of external covered storage and a 400m2 2-storey office. With a 9m portal knee and engineered to take 8 high-capacity gantry cranes, the facility will house a new distribution centre for one of NZ's largest steel suppliers.

C3 was engaged early under an ECI contract for the design and delivery of this 2000m2 light industrial project. The client had engaged early with tenant JA Russell and their fitout was folded into our contract. The project was completed a month early.
