Parkview

C3’s Northland team delivered the construction of Parkview, a new commercial development in Mangawhai Heads comprising nine architecturally designed commercial units.
The project features precast concrete construction, structural steel, extensive glazing, metal cladding and screening creating a clean, modern design with durable materials suited to the coastal environment. Around the buildings, quality landscaping, external works and generous parking complete the development.
As with every C3 project, our focus was on delivering a high standard of workmanship throughout. From the structural elements through to the finishing details, we worked closely with the client and consultant team to ensure the finished result matched the design intent.
