Ranfurly Village Building E1

The Block E2 project at Ranfurly Village in Mt Eden,  Auckland, was completed by C3 in November 2020, ahead of schedule. The building involved construction of a new 6 storey luxury retirement building comprising of 34 apartments, gym, games room, common areas, a podium link to Block F and basement carparking. C3 was involved in the design process in an ECI role from a very early stage, assisting with the client with risk mitigation and value enhancement strategies. The block is one half of the final accommodation building in the extremely successful Ranfurly Village development.
