Pacific Lakes Village Pavilion

The Pavilion is a 3,000m² mass-timber community facility in the heart of Pacific Lakes Village. C3 led an extensive value-engineering process including a major design shift from an LVL structure over-clad in exotic timbers to an expressed glulam and CLT solution, creating an architecturally exposed structural system.
C3 optimised timeframes by commencing early earthworks and foundations, while running detailed procurement and coordination in parallel. The building incorporates bespoke and internationally sourced materials, requiring early identification and securing of long-lead items to maintain momentum on site.
The result is a beautiful, high-precision mass-timber building that demonstrates C3’s ability to manage design evolution, coordinate specialist supply chains, and deliver technically demanding projects through collaboration and proactive problem solving.
