Pacific Lakes Village Pavilion

The Pavilion is a 3,000m² central community facility at Pacific Lakes Retirement Village, designed to be the social heart of village life. Constructed on concrete strip footings and slab, the building features a hybrid glulam and CLT structure, cedar weatherboards, timber and steel joinery, and large in-situ concrete panels and fireplaces. As a highly complex and technical build, the project demanded exceptional collaboration and coordination across all stakeholders.
