Oaken Residences
RESIDENTIAL / Auckland
Oaken is a beautifully designed terraced housing project delivered in collaboration with D3 Development. Comprising 31 three storey townhouses in 5 blocks set amongst lush landscaping on arguably the best site in Howick Village, the project looks spectacular. Retaining as many of the mature trees of the original site as possible, and carefully constructing around them, residents will love moving in to a space that feels like its been there forever.

Cameron ROad

Cameron road was a Kianga Ora development consisting of four x two bed Townhouses and a large four bedroom standalone with a self-contained accessible apartment attached. The end result was a small community of houses and common areas that were attractively designed, practical and provided much needed accommodation for those that needed it the most.

This project, delivered in partnership with our sister company D3 Development, was a turnkey housing development for purchasers CORT (Community of Refuge Trust). Comprising 15 one and two bedroom units over 3 storeys, the projects was delivered on time and budget, and to a high standard. Working collaboratively with CORT from the early design stages meant we could optimise the design to suit the unique needs of their residents. The team are very proud to have delivered much needed high quality homes for those in need.

Kowhai Residences
RESIDENTIAL / Tauranga
Another project delivered in partnership with D3 Development, this development comprised 7 high quality two storey townhouses in the Tauranga suburb of Gate Pa. Designed and built with energy efficiency at the forefront. A picture of smooth running efficiency, the project was delivered early and on budget with zero defects.

1028 GREAT NORTH ROAD
NEW BUILD DEVELOPMENT
RESIDENTIAL / Auckland
This conjoined C3 Construction and D3 Development high-end residential project offers 4 three-bedroom Townhouses and 6 one-bedroom spacious apartments. The new build started in February 2021, with the first stage of the project re-purposing the existing 1920’s villa for its new home in Northland.
We used solid and durable materials for this new-build, to ensure a low-maintenance investment for home owners. We used a block and concrete structure, brick façade, and aluminium joinery, and the interior offers an open-plan modern layout with spacious living areas and large windows to allow natural light.
All Townhouses, and five of six apartments were sold pre-completion. The last apartment, a penthouse, sold soon after the build was completed in May 2022.
